Tapenade of Lampascioni, the bulb of the wild hyacinth, a  typical vegetable from Puglia.
Prepared according to the traditional recipe of the Arenazza family from Monopoli - Puglia.
Tapenade used for Frisellina, bread, toast or for an aperitif as Amuse Bouche and as a sauce on boiled and roast meat or fish.

Ingredients: Lampascioni (typical wild onions), Extra Virgin Olive Oil
