Petra (05-06-2015) rating 4 Ik heb voor het eerst dit meel gebruikt om pasta te maken. Hiervoor maakte ik zelf pasta met gewoon meel en ei, best een heel gedoe en plakkerig. Nu alleen met water en geen gestuif met bloem. Het resultaat was heerlijk. Een aanrader!
